Job summary

Vention is seeking a QA automation engineer for a hybrid, full-time role in Łódź, Poland. You will automate tests for web and mobile apps using C#, JavaScript, Java or Python, and help define automation frameworks.

You will collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth delivery, mentor junior engineers, and communicate in English during demos and meetings. Experience with Agile methods and estimation techniques is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on QA automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of OOP.
• Experience with C#, .NET, Playwright or similar.
• English at B1+ level.
• Ability to develop automation frameworks and scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Automate testing for web and/or mobile applications using C#, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Create new automation frameworks, define their architecture, and write scripts within existing frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Communicate directly with customers in English during demo sessions and project meetings.
• Consult on tools and approaches to test automation tailored to each project's needs.
• Mentor junior engineers and actively share your experience with the team.
