Job summary

Shiji Group in Poland is seeking a QA Tester to validate our Daylight PMS web application. You will perform exploratory and scripted testing, report bugs, and translate user stories into robust test cases.

You will automate tests, work with Docker-based microservices, and use Postman/Swagger for API testing, with TestRail for case management. The role requires collaboration with development teams, strong attention to detail, and a focus on delivering high-quality software within a 1-year

Responsibilities

• Test the web application based on user stories and exploratory testing.
• Find and report bugs and glitches and translate stories into test cases.
• Automate test cases where applicable and use Postman/Swagger for API testing.
• Write test cases using TestRail and seed data for manual testing.
• Coordinate with UI/UX to compare frontend with designs in Figma.
• Participate in Scrum rituals and use the QA Toolbox for automation.

Job Description

You will be testing our web application based on user stories and performing exploratory testing depend on your extensive testing knowledge. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches, translate user stories into test cases and automate them. You should also have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Your responsibilities

• We follow Scrum with iterating Sprints, Grooming & Sprint planning sessions, Code Freeze after sprint and retrospective meetings
  
• We use teams to communicate and or participate in meetings with other team members
  
• We use docker and docker compose for local running of all microservices
  
• We use postmanand swagger for API testing
  
• We write test cases using testrail
  
• We comper fronted development with designs perper in Figma by UX team
  
• We use our QA Toolbox to run automation tests and seed data for manual testing
