Job summary

Response Informatics Limited invites an experienced QA Architect to shape our automation strategy across web, API, and device platforms. You will assess current testing practices, design scalable frameworks, and guide continuous testing with hands-on technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software testing, quality engineering and test automation.
• Experience designing automation frameworks and enterprise standards.
• Strong UI, API, integration, and end-to-end automation knowledge.
• Experience with API automation, DB validation, test data management.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Strong regression, smoke testing, defect management, and release risk.
• Ability to translate findings into practical improvements.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced QA Architect with strong automation and overall quality engineering expertise. The role will assess the existing testing landscape, define a practical automation strategy, establish scalable frameworks, and guide the adoption of continuous testing across web, API, integration, and device platforms. The individual will combine hands-on technical leadership with governance, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement.

Required Experience and Skills

• 15+ years of experience across software testing, quality engineering, and test automation, including architecture or technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of modern UI, API, integration, and end-to-end automation approaches.
• Demonstrated experience designing automation frameworks and automation operating standards for enterprise environments.
• Experience with API automation, database validation, test data management, and service integration testing.
• Experience integrating automated tests with GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Strong understanding of regression strategy, smoke testing, defect management, requirements traceability, release risk, and test reporting.
• Experience defining QA effectiveness and automation KPIs, metric baselines, target thresholds, dashboards, and evidence for release decisions.
• Experience designing test data management approaches, including masking, synthetic data, repeatable data reset, privacy controls, and data provisioning for automation.
• Experience with test-environment strategy, service virtualisation, stubs, simulators, and management of dependencies for integrated test scenarios.
• Ability to assess current practices and translate findings into practical technical, tooling, process, and learning improvements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and mentoring skills.
