Job summary

Spyrosoft Ltd in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to own automation-first quality for modern SaaS platforms. You will design and maintain UI/API test suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with engineering, SRE, and product teams to ensure reliable releases.

The role requires strong JS/TS/ PHP testing skills, experience with Cypress, Selenium, X-ray, JIRA, and a pragmatic, risk-based approach to quality in fast-growing environments. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks covering UI, API, integration, and regression testing.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable software releases.
• Drive automation-first, risk-based test coverage and proactively identify quality risks and coverage gaps.
• Ensure automated tests are reliable, maintainable, and provide rapid feedback to development teams.
• Define and execute test strategies aligned with product roadmaps and release priorities.
• Support release readiness through metrics, defect analysis, risk assessment, and manual testing when required.
• Contribute to QA standards, tooling, processes, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with PHP/Laravel backend, React frontend, API-first service teams, and SRE teams on reliability and production readiness.
• Support quality consistency across acquired and integrated platforms.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, promote automation maturity, and share QA best practices across teams.

Project Description:
