Job summary

Revolut Ltd in Poland is seeking a Software Engineer (Python) for the MLOps Platform to build scalable backend services for the AI lifecycle. You’ll optimize GPU-based training and inference workloads using PyTorch, with attention to memory, latency, and multi-GPU setups.

You’ll work with Kubernetes on Linux, implement efficient execution strategies, and collaborate with scientists and engineers to ship reliable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and operating scalable backend systems.
• Strong Python development background.
• Experience profiling and optimizing ML workloads on NVIDIA GPUs.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services for the AI lifecycle.
• Profiling and optimizing model training and inference workloads using PyTorch and CUDA libraries.
• Improving GPU utilization, memory usage, and bandwidth in multi-tenant environments.
• Implementing mixed-precision, efficient batching, and memory-efficient attention.
• Building repeatable benchmarking and automated tests for execution frameworks.
