Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an experienced ML Platform Engineer in Warsaw to design CI/CD templates for model development and collaborate with ML engineers and actuaries to optimize training pipelines. The role focuses on monitoring, reliability, and scalable AI platform operations.

You will work with Langchain/smolagents to build agentic workflows, deploy on cloud platforms, containerize services with Docker/Kubernetes, and expose models via Flask or FastAPI. Strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, ML, or related field.
• Strong Python and data science framework experience required.
• Experience building GenAI agentic workflows using Langchain or smolagents.
• DevOps CI/CD expertise and GitHub Actions implementation.
• Cloud, containerization, and API serving knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Create CI templates for model development with version control and reproducibility.
• Audit and optimize ML model training pipelines with ML/Actuaries teams.
• Develop monitoring strategies for system performance and reliability.
• Operate AI platform end-to-end ensuring availability and secure data handling.
• Manage cloud resources to optimize cost, performance, and security compliance.
