Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a skilled ML Engineer to manage end-to-end model lifecycles, implement MLOps, and build real-time/batch data pipelines using Spark and Python. You will collaborate with data scientists, DevOps, and IT to deliver robust ML solutions and analytics for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and Spark (5+ years).
• Hands-on AWS ML/data processing services (S3, Glue, SageMaker, Lambda, StepFunctions/Airflow/MWAA).
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) and model deployment.
• Strong SQL (Spark/Hive SQL) and data workflows.
• Familiar with distributed systems and big data ecosystems.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of ML models from development to deployment and monitoring.
• Implement MLOps practices for CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
• Work with Spark and Python for data ingestion and transformation (real-time and batch).
• Build distributed big data pipelines for massive datasets.
• Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps, and IT to deliver ML solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to develop analytics models.
