Job summary

Enfint is seeking an experienced Python developer to maintain and enhance our data-driven web applications. The role offers flexible remote, hybrid, or office-based work in Warsaw.

You will work with Flask/Dash, Pandas and NumPy, manage Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable software.

We provide mentoring, training, and a bonus program up to €1,000 per month. English and German at upper-intermediate are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python application development.
• 1+ year of Kubernetes (OpenShift) and Helm Charts.
• Strong Flask/Dash, Pandas and NumPy experience.
• Experience with data from SQL databases and CSV files.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable architecture.
• English and German at upper-intermediate level.

Responsibilities

Задачи:

• Maintain and support Python-based web applications to ensure stable system operation
• Monitor application health through log analysis, monitoring tools, and evaluation of incoming issues and feedback
• Analyze, implement, and test application enhancements and approved improvement requests
• Investigate software defects, identify root causes, and implement code fixes
• Manage source code using Git, including pull requests, code reviews, and version control best practices
• Perform quality assurance activities, including writing and executing test cases, and ensure compliance with coding standards
• Process support and development tickets, track progress, and deliver tasks within agreed service levels
• Deploy applications across test, acceptance, and production environments, including deployment validation and coordination
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including code documentation, wiki pages, diagrams, and project documentation.

• 5+ Years of experience in Python application development
• 1+ Year of experience with Kubernetes (OpenShift) and Helm Charts
• Strong experience with Flask/Dash, Pandas, and NumPy
• Experience processing and analyzing data from multiple sources using Python, including SQL databases and CSV files
• Experience designing and developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications with a focus on data consistency and operational stability
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and future-proof application and data architectures
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
• German at Upper-Intermediate level or above
• Nice to have: Experience with FastAPI and React, experience working with internal stakeholders (requestors, end users, IT infrastructure teams), experience in the energy market, knowledge of electrical engineering.
