Qualifications

• Не менее 6 лет опыта разработки на Python.
• Глубокие знания реляционных баз данных, SQL, миграции и оптимизация.
• Опыт работы с очередями сообщений: RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka.
• Знания событийно‑ориентированных систем, DDD и асинхронного программирования.
• Осведомлённость об AI‑рабочих процессах разработки.
• Опыт менторства инженеров.
• Умение работать над стратегией домена и планированием на год.
• Понимание цикла разработки от требований до мониторинга.
• Обширный практический опыт разработки приложений.
• Умение ясно и чётко передавать идеи на английском языке.

Responsibilities

• Руководить долгосрочной эволюцией и технической стратегией домена Документы.
• Продвигать AI‑ориентированные процессы разработки и наставлять инженеров.
• Вести межкомандные инициативы по реализации возможностей документов.
• Участвовать в долгосрочной стратегии домена, включая трансформацию разработки ИИ.
• Сотрудничать с другими треками для доставки решений при сохранении технического превосходства.
• Повышать надёжность и поддерживать высокие стандарты качества.
• Улучшать опыт разработчика.
• Эволюционировать платформу документов под новые возможности.

Задачи:

• Drive the long-term evolution and technical strategy of the Document Domain, balancing product needs, scalability, reliability, and developer experience
• Champion AI-driven development workflows, mentoring engineers and improving the effectiveness, quality, and productivity of the engineering organization
• Lead cross-team initiatives to deliver document capabilities while aligning architecture and engineering practices across the track
• Contribute to the long-term domain excellence strategy, including AI Transformation of the Development Workflow
• Collaborate with other tracks to deliver product solutions while maintaining technical excellence
• Improve reliability and maintain high-quality standards
• Enhance developer experience
• Evolve the document platform to support new product capabilities

Требования:

• At least 6+ years of development experience with Python
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, including SQL, migrations, and optimization
• Strong knowledge of message queues, including RabbitMQ, NATS, and Kafka
• Knowledge of event-driven systems, DDD fundamentals, and asynchronous programming
• Fluency with AI workflows for development
• Experience mentoring other engineers
• Ability to work on domain strategy, identify challenges, and create solid one-year plans
• Good understanding of the development cycle from requirements analysis and deployment to application monitoring
• Extensive hands‑on experience developing applications
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly in English across engineering teams, verbally and in writing
