Job summary

SQUAD Ukraine Limited in Wroclaw, Poland seeks an experienced Python Software Engineer with full-stack capabilities to join our team. You will focus on creating and supporting backend services integrated with diverse data sources, with frontend integration for internal analytics dashboards.

You will develop features, design ETL processes, build serverless infrastructure using AWS CDK and Lambda, and contribute to data visualization dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development (asyncio, aiohttp).
• Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless (Lambda, CDK, RDS, S3, SQS/SNS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, continuous delivery, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI productivity tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on work in distributed teams.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and improve existing ones.

Job Summary
