Job summary

ZF Group is seeking a Python Developer to join the UI/Visualization team in Poland (Wroclaw or Warsaw) with a flexible hybrid work model. You will design interactive web apps using Dash or PyShiny, integrate with backend engines, and ensure secure, auditable enterprise features.

You will work within agile squads alongside data scientists and product owners, focusing on scalable performance, AI-assisted development, and user-centric design across multinational teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering or related field.
• A few years of experience in Web Application Development with Python.
• Deep expertise with Dash or PyShiny and handling global state, caching (Redis) and asynchronous tasks (Celery).
• Security mindset with Authentication/Authorization (OAuth) and RBAC in a corporate environment.
• Experience designing apps that write back to SQL databases and maintain audit logs.
• Business-minded approach focusing on value, speed to market and user adoption.
• Interest in AI tools to boost coding efficiency and UI generation.
• Excellent fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable web applications using Python Dash or PyShiny for production.
• Integrate UI with backend Python execution engines and simulations while keeping UI responsive.
• Implement authentication, RBAC, and audit trails for enterprise use.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Optimize performance, caching and asynchronous workflows; explore AI-assisted UI improvements.
• Define frontend architecture within cross-functional squads for new products.
