Luxoft Poland is seeking a seasoned Python Engineer to join a monitoring and diagnostics system project that supports both local and remote data access and analytics. You will analyze, design and implement data pipelines, build ETL processes using SQL or programming languages, and collaborate with AWS-based deployments.

The role emphasizes strong software engineering fundamentals, mentoring, Agile practices, and experience with Linux and time-series data in a manufacturing context.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Python Engineer.
• Strong software engineering skills, including object-oriented design and an understanding of system design patterns
• Experience of presenting and implementing development team processes / best practices for environments, security, coding standards, QA processes etc
• Experience of mentoring and building the skills of team members
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with Time-series DB and real-time data
• Experience with AWS Services (Lambda, EC2, Cognito, Greengrass);
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience in Industry/Manufacturing is highly desired !

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, design and implement databases, information models and data pipelines.
• Build code and logic for ETL from diverse sources using SQL or programming languages.
• Build analytics solutions that provide valuable insights for clients and end users.
• Improve system quality by identifying issues and patterns, and developing SOPs.
• Enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing and implementing systems.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
• Work with AWS services to deploy, scale, and manage applications.
