  • Design and execute validation and control testing (unit tests, regression tests, reconciliation checks, and data‑quality controls) to confirm outputs are accurate, explainable, and fit for regulatory and management reporting use.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation (specifications, test plans, test evidence, logs, and change documentation) to support auditability and governance expectations in a Treasury environment.
  • Create and maintain business‑aligned test cases, updating them based on project feedback and changes in methodology, data sourcing, or platform requirements.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize Python applications and pipelines, resolving defects efficiently and improving runtime, stability, and observability (logging/metrics) where appropriate.

  • Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Econometrics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in developing applications, products, dashboards or frameworks / process automation / financial analysis / process improvement, or a related field.

  • Leverage cloud and data platforms (AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake) to build and operate Python‑based automation solutions, including data ingestion/processing, scalable analytics, and efficient querying
  • Experience in performing large dataset quality checks and analysis using Excel and Python
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and attention to details
  • General knowledge of software development cycle a plus
  • General knowledge of banking products and services a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions
