ALTEN Polska is seeking a mid-level Python Developer to join our engineering and IT services team in Poland. You will develop modern applications and tools using Python, delivering scalable IT solutions and high-quality code in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Python development, hands-on React/Angular (2+ years), Django and Django REST, strong SQL (PostgreSQL), solid OOP and security awareness, and a Computer Science degree.

Qualifications

We seek a mid-level Python Developer with strong expertise in modern application and tool development using Python. The ideal candidate is passionate about programming, constantly seeks new ways to grow, and thrives in a dynamic environment. If you enjoy creating scalable and functional IT solutions, this opportunity is for you.

The ideal candidate brings a technical background in:

• Frontend technologies (React/Angular)
• Backend frameworks (Django, Django REST)

You will play a key role in:
