ALTEN Polska is seeking a mid-level Python Developer to work on modern applications and tooling using Python. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of Python experience, solid knowledge of React/Angular, Django, Django REST, and SQL/PostgreSQL, with strong OOP skills.

We seek a mid-level Python Developer with strong expertise in modern application and tool development using Python. The ideal candidate is passionate about programming, constantly seeks new ways to grow, and thrives in a dynamic environment. If you enjoy creating scalable and functional IT solutions, this opportunity is for you.

The ideal candidate brings a technical background in:

• Frontend technologies (React/Angular)
• Backend frameworks (Django, Django REST)

You will play a key role in:

• Developing modern applications and tools using Python
• Designing scalable and functional IT solutions
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality code
• Ensuring application security and implementing best practices

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Python Developer
• Practical knowledge of React/Angular (minimum 2 years)
• Proficiency in Django and Django REST frameworks
• Strong understanding of SQL and PostgreSQL databases
• Excellent grasp of OOP and design patterns
• Awareness of web application security principles
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and code quality
• Higher education in Computer Science or related field
• Fluent in Polish

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of other programming languages such as Go or Rust
