Ten Square Games in Wroclaw is looking for a data-driven Product Manager to join our product teams. You will blend strategy with creativity to drive game success and boost user engagement, with a strong emphasis on mobile free-to-play titles.

You will lead KPI definition, run A/B tests, analyze player behavior, coordinate with Product Owner and Producer, and translate data into actionable features while shaping monetization and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven product management experience, focused on mobile gaming.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
