Job description

Ronbay Technology, as an international company belonging to a capital group operating in the advanced technology materials industry, is looking for a person for the position of Purchasing Specialist for our new plant located in Konin, JS Energy Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure material procurement tasks are completed in a timely manner, complete PR into the PO, complete the contract and ensure that the contract is correct.
  • Choose the right suppliers, search for sources in daily purchasing and complete the inquiry and price comparison according to the company's procurement requirements.
  • Communicate with suppliers and track the contract implementation status to ensure that materials arrive on time.
  • Lead the return and exchange of goods and track quality improvement.
  • Lead the development of new suppliers and track the introduction of materials.
  • Complete the annual cost reduction target of the factory.
  • Tracking supplier contract implementation status and complete payment.
  • Establish qa ualified supplier list and update it in real time according to purchasing requirements.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, having MRO (non-production procurement) experience is preferred. Knowledge of English at the B2/C1 level
  • Have a good sense of cost control and professional ethics, can skillfully use SAP, ERP and office software
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities, optimise lead times
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans
  • Analyse and forecast within the category
  • Build relations with potential suppliers, and build a list of suppliers
  • Good communication and coordination skills, conscientious, meticulous and strong sense of responsibility
  • Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, problem‑solving, highly motivated, research proactive
