Lodz is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable professional to manage end-to-end AP processes, from invoice scanning to payments, while handling vendor queries. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, suppliers and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and meet SLAs. The ideal candidate holds higher education in accounting/finance, has experience in PTP, and is fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2).

Qualifications

• Higher education in accounting/finance is asset.
• Experience in PTP domain - invoice processing, invoice payment, vendor queries.
• Spanish and English at least B2 level is essential for client communication.
• Availability for 2nd shift working hours.
• Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop.

• APOC (Accounts Payable on Cloud) knowledge would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Managing Accounts Payable process – from invoice scanning to invoice payment.
