Job summary

Aptiv PLC is seeking a Junior Accountant to support accounts payable operations across the EMEA region. You will ensure accurate SAP postings, analyze vendor accounts and maintain clear communications with suppliers and internal teams.

The role offers a hybrid work setup in Poland and opportunities to contribute to month-end and year-end closings, while supporting ongoing process improvements and ad-hoc activities.

Qualifications

• At least 0.5–1 year of experience in accounts payable, preferred but not required.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Process inflows of payable invoices within the EMEA region into SAP.
• Control accuracy of postings, correct errors and clear open supplier positions.
• Prepare and present analysis of vendor accounts.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in migration of PTP processes.

Your role:

• Process inflows of payable invoices within EMEA region into SAP system
• Control over accuracy of financial postings, correction of errors and clearing of open positions on suppliers' accounts
• Prepare and present the analysis of vendors accounts
• Taking care of effective communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Active participation in the process of migration of PTP processes
• Participation and coordination in month-end and year-end closing process
• Performing daily processes according to the Standard Operational Procedures and cooperation with audit department in case of internal or external control
• Support in ad-hoc and non-standard activities
• Participating in the projects and improvement actions, by supporting Supervisor/Project Manager

Your background

• At least 0.5-1 year of professional experience in Accounts Payable process (preferred, but not obligatory)
• University Graduate - Education in Accounting, Finance or Economy (preferred)
• Very good command of English language
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP environment (preferred)
• Well-developed prioritization and time management skills, good analytical skills and problem solving approach
