Job summary

Aptiv Kraków is seeking a hands-on engineer to plan and prepare prototype samples per the requestor's description. You will perform tests and verifications to determine optimal product parameters and ensure compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards.

You will prepare dispatch documents, compile reports, and verify prototypes built by others, while maintaining thorough documentation and workshop equipment.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in technical or science field.
• Good command of English.
• Manual skills in mechanical/electrical work.
• Knowledge in electrical metrology.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Able to work under time pressure to meet deadlines.
• Analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare prototype samples per requestor description.
• Perform tests and verifications to determine optimal product parameters.
• Test per customer specifications and international standards as needed.
• Prepare dispatch documents for prototypes.
• Prepare reports and have them verified by others.
• Verify prototype quality built by others.
• Maintain documentation related to prototypes.
