Job summary

Aptiv PLC in Kraków is seeking a hands-on prototype tester/engineer responsible for planning and preparing prototype samples, performing tests to determine optimal parameters, and verifying against customer specs and international standards.

You will prepare dispatch documents, reports, and ensure prototype quality while maintaining workshop equipment and related records. A BSc in a technical/science field, strong English, and MS Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in technical or science area.
• Good command of English.
• Manual skills related to mechanical/electrical activities.
• Knowledge in area of electrical metrology.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel / mobility.
• Ability to work under time pressure to meet deadlines.
• Analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan & prepare prototype samples in accordance with description from requestor.
• Perform tests and verifications to determine optimal product parameters.
• Perform tests in accordance with customer specification / international standards / per requestor needs
• Preparation of documents for the dispatch of prototypes
• Prepare reports if needed & verify prepared by others,
• Verify quality of prototypes built by others
• Maintain documentation related to prototypes
• Maintain workshop equipment
