Liftero seeks mission-driven engineers to advance the BOOSTER thruster, from early design and requirements to final deployment in orbit. You’ll shape core propulsion products with rigorous testing, specification development, and collaboration across engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in planning and executing tests in the laboratory conditions.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Onshape, or similar.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross‑functional teams.
• Space industry experience especially in propulsion systems is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical specifications and designs for thruster systems.
• Perform analyses, simulations, and tests to verify thruster component designs.
• Develop test stands for individual subsystems and entire propulsion system testing including thrust balance, TVAC stands.
• Plan and oversee the manufacturing and integration of thruster assemblies.
• Execute comprehensive testing and verification plans for thruster performance.
• Analyse test results, report on performance, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Assess technology development needs and drive market readiness efforts.
