Job summary

Nextomation is seeking a Project Valuation Specialist to support concept development and sales processes for automated production lines and advanced assembly equipment. You will prepare quotes, maintain bid quality, and ensure compliance with customer requirements as defined in project documentation.

The role is hybrid and full-time, with responsibilities spanning cost estimation, bid documentation, RFQ management, and cross-department collaboration within an international, growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing budget estimates for projects in industrial automation.
• Technical education in mechanical design and automation, mechanics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of mechanical and automation components and equipment.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with solution providers.
• Proficiency in English for preparing RFQs and communications with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Preparing cost estimates based on a customized project concept.
• Managing and coordinating activities related to the preparation of bid documentation.
• Sending requests for proposals to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Analyzing and comparing bids from potential subcontractors and suppliers.
• Participating in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Seeking alternative/equivalent solutions: materials, equipment, technologies.
• Participating in the consultation and selection of technological solutions within the project.
• Collaborating with internal company departments.
