Qualifications

• Associate's degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field and a minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience or a Bachelor's degree, or international equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and project management terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional project team to ensure overall Project Delivery.
• Facilitate team communications and maintain internal/external documentation; manage contact lists, agendas, minutes, and action logs.
• Manage and track budgets related to vendor projects, including invoices and Change Orders.
• Track supplies, invoices, and budgets related to vendor management.
• Ensure projects are audit ready and maintain project systems, SOP indices, and study team lists.
• Manage study team/contact lists, system access requests, and email distribution lists.
