Job summary

Spribe, a pioneering iGaming software developer, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of back-office systems, reporting, and compliance initiatives. You will drive scope, milestones, and cross-team coordination from initiation to production release.

You will manage agile and waterfall projects using Jira and Confluence, mentor teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners to ensure on-time, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Language: English proficiency at B1+ (Intermediate) level or higher.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven IT project management experience.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall practices.
• Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams.
• Team Management: Skilled in task delegation, team dynamics management, and conflict resolution.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, partners, and team members.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze project data, identify risks, and make informed decisions.
• Organization: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in resolving issues and making sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery—from initiation through to production release.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan covering timelines and resource allocation.
• Organize and lead project ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Track team performance and provide sprint reporting to stakeholders for transparency and improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, address risks, blockers, and deviations from the plan.
• Facilitate collaboration between product, design, analysts, IT, development, QA, release teams, and vendors.
• Motivate and coach team members to foster a high-performing environment.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure delivery focus.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
• Identify risks early and implement contingency plans when needed.
• Ensure deliverable quality by enforcing standards and processes.
• Manage changes to scope and schedule through change control.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive improvement.

—Provide stakeholders with regular updates onproject progress, risks, and key milestones.
—Identify potential risks early and implement contingency plans where necessary.
