Job summary

Solarig is seeking a Project Developer Manager in Poland to lead the development of photovoltaic and energy storage projects. You will manage the full development lifecycle from origination through milestones and handover, while steering environmental permitting, planning approvals, and regulatory compliance.

You will build lasting relationships with property owners, local authorities, and communities to advance projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop an investment portfolio in Poland focusing on photovoltaic power plants and energy storage systems.
• Oversee full development lifecycle from origination to milestones and handover.
• Lead environmental permitting and manage planning approvals (DŚ, WZ, MPZP, General Plans).
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, local authorities, and communities.
• Conduct due diligence across technical, legal, and environmental aspects; coordinate budgets, schedules and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of an investment portfolio in Poland, including photovoltaic power plants and energy storage systems.
• Manage projects across the full development lifecycle, from early-stage origination through key development milestones and handover.
• Lead environmental permitting processes, including Environmental Impact Decisions (DŚ), and obtained and managed planning and zoning approvals (WZ, MPZP, General Plans).
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with property owners, local authorities, and communities.
• Conduct technical, legal, and environmental due diligence, coordinate feasibility studies, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive projects forward with a proactive and commercially driven mindset, monitore performance against milestones, and support negotiations with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
