Astek Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead an international cybersecurity program focused on authentication and IAM. The role centers on MFA implementations, identity governance, and coordinating across business, IT, and security teams.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks while ensuring compliance with IAM requirements and organizational regulations. This position offers long-term cooperation and a strong technical training path.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IAM, cybersecurity, or access-management projects.
• Experience with MFA implementations or authentication process transformations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Windows Hello for Business, and Conditional Access.
• Ability to collaborate with business, IT and security stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects in an international environment.
• Understanding RBAC, JML, SoD and Identity Governance.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a candidate for our client for the position of Senior Project Manager (M/F). You will join an international program in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management, aimed at developing and implementing modern authentication and access management solutions. We are looking for someone to lead initiatives related to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and the transformation of access processes in a large global organization.

• Coordinating collaboration between business, IT, and security teams
• Leading initiatives related to the implementation and adoption of MFA solutions
• Organizing workshops, status meetings, and decision-making forums
• Monitoring implementation progress, dependencies, and key project metrics
• Coordinating tests, pilots, UAT, and production deployments
• Preparing reports for management and key stakeholders
• Managing risks, security exceptions, and remediation plans
• Supporting change management and business readiness activities

• You have several years of experience managing projects in IAM, Cybersecurity, or Access Management
• You have participated in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementations or authentication process transformation projects
• You have practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows Hello for Business, and Conditional Access
• You collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders and security teams
• You can manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
• You have experience managing projects delivered in an international environment
• You understand Identity & Access Management topics such as RBAC, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Identity Governance
• You are comfortable in an environment that requires effective communication, decision‑making, and coordination of multiple teams at the same time
• You communicate in English at a level that enables you to lead meetings and collaborate with international stakeholders
