Job summary

Link Group seeks a Project Manager – IAM / RACF Access Control for a remote role. You will support end-to-end planning, coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks, and drive delivery against milestones in a demanding financial services environment.

You will coordinate automation opportunities, maintain governance artifacts, and report to senior management. Strong English and regulatory/audit awareness are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control frameworks.
• Proven familiarity with RACF or mainframe security environments.
• Experience with regulatory, audit, and risk compliance standards in financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and execution of project activities as Deputy to the RACF Project Leader.
• Drive progress across Business Delivery teams, ensuring alignment with timelines and milestones.
• Facilitate daily standups, virtual workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions.

• Domain & Industry Experience: Proven track record of managing or coordinating complex projects within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated sectors.


• Technical & IAM Knowledge:

• Delivery & Process Improvement: Hands‑on experience in process analysis, workflow optimization, and implementing automation initiatives.


• Stakeholder & Execution Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a proven ability to drive accountability and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.


• Mindset: Highly organized, results-oriented, with high attention to execution discipline and detail.


• Project Leadership & Deputy Support: Support and act as Deputy to the RACF Project Leader in end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and execution of project activities.


• Delivery Management (~14 FTE): Drive progress across Business Delivery (BD) teams, ensuring strict alignment with agreed project timelines and milestones.


• Facilitation & Alignment: Lead daily team standups, targeted virtual workshops, and ad‑hoc stakeholder alignment sessions.


• Risk & Governance Management: Maintain action/decision logs, track risks, issues, dependencies, and elevate blockers appropriately to safeguard project health.


• Progress Tracking & Executive Reporting: Maintain progress trackers, prepare clear status reports, and deliver presentations for senior management governance forums.


• Automation & Efficiency: Identify, qualify, and manage the implementation of automation opportunities to streamline operational workflows and boost delivery efficiency.
