Job summary

Jit Team poszukuje doświadczonego Project Managera do wspierania realizacji inicjatywy RACF Access Control, Onboarding & Clean-up w dużej organizacji finansowej. Będziesz współpracować z Project Leadem jako jego zastępca, koordynować działania projektowe między interesariuszami i zespołami dostawczymi, a także identyfikować możliwości automatyzacji i usprawnień procesów.

Wymagane jest doświadczenie w branżach regulowanych, umiejętność pracy z interesariuszami na wysokim szczeblu oraz silne

Qualifications

• Udokumentowane doświadczenie jako Project Manager lub Koordynator projektu w branżach regulowanych (finanse, bankowość).
• Umiejętność pracy z zespołami międzydziałowymi i kluczowymi interesariuszami.
• Zdolność do zarządzania priorytetami, usuwania blokad i prowadzenia delivery w złożonych środowiskach.
• Doświadczenie w optymalizacji procesów i inicjatywach automatyzacji.
• Dobra znajomość governance projektowego, raportowania i zarządzania ryzykiem.
• Znajomość procesów IAM (Identity & Access Management) i RACF/Mainframe Security.

• Wspieranie i pełnienie roli Deputy dla Project Lead.
• Koordynacja i realizacja działań projektowych między biznesem a zespołami technicznymi.
• Prowadzenie postępów w dostawach i monitorowanie kamieni milowych.
• Prowadzenie daily stand-upów, warsztatów i spotkań z interesariuszami.
• Utrzymanie dokumentacji projektu, logów akcji i materiałów zarządczych.
• Śledzenie ryzyk, problemów, zależności i eskalacji.

Work model:

hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the execution of a strategic RACF Access Control, Onboarding & Clean-up initiative within a large financial organization. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Lead and act as their deputy, coordinating project activities across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams. You will play a key role in ensuring timely project execution, driving delivery progress, managing risks and dependencies, and identifying automation opportunities that improve efficiency within access management processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Project Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Mainframe Security, and Process Automation within a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Support and act as a Deputy to the RACF Project Lead
• Coordinate and execute project activities across business and technical teams
• Drive progress across delivery teams and ensure achievement of project milestones
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, decision registers, and governance materials
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
• Prepare management reports, project dashboards, and status presentations
• Ensure accountability across project stakeholders and participating teams
• Collaborate with IAM, RACF, Mainframe Security, and Integration experts Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
• Coordinate implementation of automation initiatives supporting project delivery
• Support governance activities, audit requirements, and project reporting processes

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage priorities, remove blockers, and drive delivery in complex environments
• Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of project governance, reporting, and risk management
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes
• Knowledge of access control frameworks and user lifecycle management
• Familiarity with RACF and/or Mainframe Security environments
• Understanding of regulatory, audit, compliance, and operational risk requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong planning, organization, and coordination abilities
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
