Job summary

Jit is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a strategic RACF Access Control, Onboarding & Clean-up initiative within a large financial organization. You will work as Deputy to the RACF Project Lead, coordinating activities across business and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and governance.

You will drive progress, manage risks, and identify automation opportunities at the intersection of IAM, Mainframe Security, and process automation in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in regulated industries.
• Strong experience with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities, remove blockers, and drive delivery in complex environments.
• Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of project governance, reporting, and risk management.
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes.
• Knowledge of access control frameworks and user lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with RACF and/or Mainframe Security environments.
• Understanding of regulatory, audit, compliance, and operational risk requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and coordination abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority; results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support and act as Deputy to the RACF Project Lead.
• Coordinate and execute project activities across business and technical teams.
• Drive progress across delivery teams and milestones.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, decision registers, and governance materials.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Prepare management reports, project dashboards, and status presentations.
• Ensure accountability across project stakeholders and participating teams.
• Collaborate with IAM, RACF, Mainframe Security, and Integration experts.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Coordinate implementation of automation initiatives supporting project delivery.
• Support governance, audit requirements, and project reporting processes.
