Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S), part of the Munich Re and ERGO Group, is hiring a Project Manager to lead IT and business projects from Warsaw or Gdańsk.

You will coordinate timelines, budgets and deliverables, liaise with business, tech and vendor teams, and ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements. You will drive backlog management, facilitate stakeholder communications, and oversee release planning while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• 5+ years as Project Manager or similar in tech/banking/insurance.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and interest in applying AI solutions.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and deadline management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• General IT knowledge supported by education or self-study.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects in a tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables with clear communication between business, tech, and vendor teams.
• Coordinate development of applications/services adapting to changing business needs.
• Support backlog management and define priorities for the development team.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder updates on progress, risks and milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, reports and presentations.
• Assist in release planning and ensure security, compliance and performance requirements are met.
• Track KPIs and report status and outcomes to management.
• Work with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, MS Office and SharePoint.

How you will get the job done

• managing timelines, budget and deliverables, ensuring clear communication between business, technology, and vendor teams

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project coordination role, ideally within a technology, banking or insurance environment
• basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and an interest in applying AI solutions to business challenges
• proactive mindset and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate with various stakeholders
• experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• general IT knowledge, supported by relevant education or self-study
• experience in end-to-end project delivery in a technology setting
