Qualifications

• Свободное владение английским языком.
• 5+ лет опыта как менеджер проектов или в аналогичной роли координации.

• Проактивность и сильные организационные навыки, умение управлять несколькими задачами.
• Хорошие коммуникативные способности и умение взаимодействовать со стейкхолдерами.
• Опыт работы по методологиям Agile (Scrum или Kanban).
• Общий IT-бэкграунд, образование или самостоятельное изучение.
• Приветствуются знания немецкого языка.

Responsibilities

• Управление сроками, бюджетом и результатами, обеспечение ясной коммуникации между бизнесом, технологией и командами поставщиков.
• Координация и поддержка разработки приложений/услуг в соответствии с меняющимися бизнес-потребностями.
• Поддержка управления бэклогом и явная приоритизация задач для команды разработки.
• Обеспечение регулярной связи со стейкхолдерами по прогрессу проекта, рискам и предстоящим этапам.
• Поддержание документации проекта, отчетности и презентаций.
• Участие в планировании релизов и соблюдении требований по безопасности, комплаенсу и производительности.
• Отслеживание KPI проекта и отчетность перед руководством.
• Работа с Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, SharePoint и аналогичными инструментами.
