Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is urgently seeking an IT Project Manager to deliver large-scale IT projects with a multi-vendor team of 25+ people. This role requires cyber domain experience and strong credentials in Prince2 and Microsoft Project.

The position offers a split work arrangement: 2 days onsite in Dublin (travel costs covered) and 3 days remote, enabling efficient collaboration across vendors and teams while meeting project commitments.

Qualifications

• 3rd level degree or industry certification with relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in IT/projects.
• Experience in Cyber Area (e.g. SIEM, IAM, DLP, Compliance) is a must.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Microsoft Project certification.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver IT projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale IT projects with a team up to 25+ in a multi-vendor environment.
• Manage the project day-to-day within scope, time, cost and quality constraints.
• End-to-end delivery from concept to transition and lessons learned.
• Track status and lead teams to mitigate issues and risks.

Job description

Urgent! 2 days per week onsite in Dublin (travel costs covered) and 3 days remote

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of large-scale projects, collaboration with a team up to 25+ in a multi-vendor environment
• Managing the project on a day-to-day basis, within agreed constraints and the specified tolerances of scope, time, cost and quality
• Management of the full end-to-end delivery of the project from concept, definition and scheduling, through to execution and transition as well as lessons learning. The resulting products and/or services should be capable of achieving the benefits as defined in the Business Case
• Responsible for tracking project status and managing the project teams to mitigate issues and risks.

Competencies:

• Relevant 3rd level Degree (e.g. in Business Studies/IT) or industry certification with requisite professional experience
• At least 7 years of experience
• Experience in Cyber Area (e.g. SIEM, IAM, DLP, Compliance) - a must
• PRINCE2 Practitioner Level Certification
• Microsoft Project Certification
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proven ability to deliver on IT projects in a fast-paced environment
