Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Poland is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects across industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and data center sectors. You will act as the main client interface, drive completion, and oversee design, safety, budgets, and timelines on complex programmes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, contract documentation, and coordination with vendors, while ensuring high standards of communication in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in industrial/manufacturing/logistics/pharma or data center environments.
• Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction.
• Understanding of the total project life cycle from inception to post-project review.
• Excellent Polish and English written and spoken with strong report and bid writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
• Develop working relationships, problem solving and drive projects to successful completion.
• Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations.
• Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
• Manage project safety and environmental requirements.
• Manage project timelines, risks and reporting.
• Manage project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track.
• Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery.
• Draft contract documents in line with legal approved templates; ensure timely document processing.
• Engage with marketing and business development initiatives.

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager in Poland. Responsibilities include:

• Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
• Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
• Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
• Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc
• Managing project safety and environmental requirements
• Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
• Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
• Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
• Co-ordinating vendor scope with overall project delivery
• Contract Execution: Drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates. Working closely with project team/s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents
• Bring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Proven project management experience, gained within an Industrial / Manufacturing / Logistics / Pharma / Data Center / Real estate or similar technical environment.
• Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
• A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review
• Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken Polish and English with excellent report and bid writing skills
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
