Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Configuration / Deployment Specialist to support ICT in application build, integration and deployment across backend and client devices, manage environments in Azure, and coordinate with vendors.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT, 3+ years in a similar role, and English B2 level; strong deployment and release management knowledge, plus SharePoint and multi-platform familiarity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar position.
• English level B2 (certificate preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of software deployment and release management.

Responsibilities

• Support ICT in application build, integration and deployment for backend and client devices.
• Assist in system environment management and configuration.
• Support project teams in system tests.
• Monitor and analyse system functioning daily and overall health.
• Coordinate with system vendors/contractors on technical issues.
• Provide deployment support for development environments in Azure.

Stanowisko: Configuration / Deployment Specialist

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:

Configuration / Deployment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support ICT team in application build, integration and deployment – both backend and client devices (mobile, PC)
• Support ICT team in system environment management and configuration
• Support project team in system tests
• Monitor and analyse system functioning on a daily basis
• Monitor system performance and health
• Report and coordinate technical issues related to system environments
• Coordinate and communicate with system vendor/contractor regarding all technical issues on behalf of ICT
• Provide support to ICT staff and project teams in deployment of development environments in Azure

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of IT relevant professional experience
• Miniumum 3 years in similar position
• English level: B2 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
• Excellent knowledge of software deployment management
• Good knowledge of software release management
• Knowledge of RUP and/or Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of application servers
• Knowledge of building and deployment tools (e.g., Ant, Azure Pipelines)
• Knowledge of development tools
• Knowledge of RDBMS
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator
• Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment
• Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools
• Expert in application building and deployment
• Exceptional collaborative skills
• Versatility in technologies and platforms
