Job summary

DVF Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to join a major global Target Operating Model programme in Kraków, Poland. The role sits at the heart of a complex transformation, coordinating multi-country workstreams and stakeholders across Europe and beyond in a hybrid setup.

You will work independently, yet know when to elevate, and bring strong PMO and change-management skills to senior leadership discussions.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager with strong PMO experience.
• Background in business change or transformation.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Comfortable presenting at C-suite and leadership level.

• Supporting end-to-end delivery across multiple EMEA TOM workstreams simultaneously.

• Keeping a large, fast-moving programme on track across a complex international environment
• Identifying risks before they become problems and solving them without being told to

Project Manager – Global TOM Programme | Kraków, Poland (Hybrid)

This one is a bit different.

You won't be managing a standalone project in a corner of a business. You'll be sitting at the heart of one of the most complex and ambitious transformation programmes running in EMEA right now, a global Target Operating Model reshaping how an international financial services giant operates across multiple countries, legal frameworks, and workforces.

Multiple workstreams running in parallel. Stakeholders spanning India, Poland, and every corner of Europe. And a programme that needs someone who can genuinely add value from day one.

The role

You'll need to be strong enough to operate independently, sharp enough to know when to elevate, and credible enough to sit in front of senior leadership and hold the room.

You don't need to be a TOM expert. You need to be an expert in people, PMO and projects.

What you'll actually be doing
