Job summary

Leading global Financial Services Firm in Kraków, Poland seeks a Project Manager for the Global TOM Programme. This role sits at the heart of a complex, multi-country transformation and requires strong PMO experience to drive end-to-end delivery across Europe, with a hybrid Kraków-based work arrangement.

You'll manage stakeholders across India, Poland and Europe, partner with senior leadership, and ensure governance forums are well-documented.

Qualifications

• Proven PM with PMO experience and ability to oversee complex programmes.
• Background in business change or transformation is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting at executive levels (C-suite).
• Based in Kraków with ability to operate in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery across multiple EMEA TOM workstreams.

Project Manager – Global TOM Programme | Kraków, Poland (Hybrid)

This one is a bit different.

You won't be managing a standalone project in a corner of a business. You'll be sitting at the heart of one of the most complex and ambitious transformation programmes running in EMEA right now, a global Target Operating Model reshaping how an international financial services giant operates across multiple countries, legal frameworks, and workforces.

Multiple workstreams running in parallel. Stakeholders spanning India, Poland, and every corner of Europe. And a programme that needs someone who can genuinely add value from day one.

The role

You'll need to be strong enough to operate independently, sharp enough to know when to escal, and credible enough to sit in front of senior leadership and hold the room.

You don't need to be a TOM expert. You need to be an expert in people, PMO and projects.

What you'll actually be doing

• Supporting end-to-end delivery across multiple EMEA TOM workstreams simultaneously
• Managing complex, multi-country stakeholders, different legislation, different workers councils, different cultures, all at once
• Producing and presenting documentation for senior leadership and governance forums
• Keeping a large, fast-moving programme on track across a complex international environment
• Identifying risks before they become problems and solving them without being told to
