Job summary

Leading global Financial Services Firm in Kraków, Poland seeks a Project Manager for the Global TOM Programme. This role sits at the heart of a complex, multi-country transformation and requires strong PMO experience to drive end-to-end delivery across Europe, with a hybrid Kraków-based work arrangement.

You'll manage stakeholders across India, Poland and Europe, partner with senior leadership, and ensure governance forums are well-documented.

Qualifications

• Proven PM with PMO experience and ability to oversee complex programmes.
• Background in business change or transformation is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting at executive levels (C-suite).
• Based in Kraków with ability to operate in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery across multiple EMEA TOM workstreams.
• Manage multi-country stakeholders, different legislation and cultures.
• Produce and present documentation for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Keep a large programme on track in a fast-moving international environment.
• Identify risks early and resolve them proactively.
