Hitachi Energy in Łódź is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a portfolio of digital manufacturing initiatives across global sites. You will drive delivery, align business and technology teams, and contribute to efficiency, quality, and digital capability improvements.

You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets, and apply Agile, Scrum, PMP or PRINCE2 practices in a multinational setting, with SAP, ServiceNow SPPM, MS Project, Excel and SharePoint guiding your work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record delivering projects across global organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow SPPM, Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma.
