Job summary

Jobtailor in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead for SAP S/4HANA projects to orchestrate delivery with business stakeholders, vendors, and SAP IT.

You will drive task scoping, track milestones, and ensure alignment with the roadmap while fostering collaboration across teams and documenting requirements and designs.

Strong communication, proactive leadership, and the ability to adapt to uncertain situations are essential to guide focus projects such as Roll out, EPM, and legal domains.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs.
• Proven ability to drive tasks forward with proactive communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project manage and facilitate sessions with stakeholders from Business, vendor, and SAP IT.
• Ensure tasks are assigned correctly and follow up on scope.
• Keep roadmap milestones on track and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with business and SAP professionals to craft, test, train, and roll out solutions.
• Delivery lead for focus projects including Roll out, EPM, and legal domains.
• Provide business and functional support on DSV SAP S/4HANA.
• Prepare clear technical and functional documentation to complement requirements.
• Assess impacts and gaps in current business processes.

Responsibilities

• Project manage and facilitate sessions with our stakeholders from the Business, our vendor, and colleagues from SAP IT.
• Make sure the right tasks are assigned to the right part and proactively follow up on the agreed scope.
• Ensure we make progress and milestones on the road map are met.
• Work with business and other SAP professionals to craft, implement, test, train, and rollout solutions.
• Delivery lead /SPOC/track lead for selected focus projects – Roll out, EPM, legal and more.
• Collaborate with assigned project team in providing business and functional support on DSV SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with assigned project team in providing clear and detailed technical documentation that complements the functional documentation.
• Collaborate with assigned project team in preparing requirement, design, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with assigned project team in assessing impact and gaps in the current business processes.
