Job summary

METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking a Cost Controller to monitor project costs across materials, labor, subcontractors, and overhead, and to support month-end closing and accruals. You will work closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to ensure accurate financial tracking.

The role requires 3–5 years in financial controlling for construction or energy projects, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred.
• 3-5 years in financial controlling for construction/industrial projects.
• Strong project cost control, budgeting, and forecasting in construction.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP and cost tracking tools.
• Excellent English (C1+) and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze project costs across materials, labor, subcontractors, and overhead.
• Support month-end closing with project cost allocation and accruals.
• Perform variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide cost control measures and assist cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Produce management dashboards and statutory reports; support audits.
