Job summary

ReachCentrum, part of ERM, is seeking a Project Financial Consultant to join our finance consulting team. This consulting-facing role makes you a key business partner, helping project managers and clients understand complex financial situations, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed decision-making.

You will work at the crossroads of finance, client advisory, and regulatory projects, contributing directly to the success of international REACH Consortia.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controlling, financial analysis, or business analysis.
• Ability to translate data into insights for non-finance audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management across teams and geographies.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze project financial performance, translating data into actionable insights.
• Lead the preparation of high-quality financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and explain variances, collaborating with project managers to drive corrective actions.
• Provide forward-looking views on budgets, risks, and financial performance to support decision-making.
• Act as a bridge between finance and non-finance stakeholders to simplify complex topics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
