Rockwell Automation in Katowice, Poland seeks an experienced Project Engineer IV to lead testing, validation, and compliance for Low Voltage Switchgear. You will guide IEC verification testing, supervise lab personnel, and align lab activities with organizational goals.

The role reports to the Manager in Poland and requires hybrid work in Katowice. Strong knowledge of IEC standards, project leadership, and mechanical design is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency with IEC standards and testing methodologies.
• Experience leading mechanical design projects and teams.
• Knowledge of switchgear components and electrical devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing program planning, execution, and evaluation for Low Voltage Switchgear.
• Ensure IEC standard compliance for verification and validation activities.
• Review and maintain testing procedures and protocols.
• Provide guidance for type testing, design verification, and product qualification.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for failures.
• Support certification activities with external labs and customers.
• Review and approve technical test reports.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of testing documentation.
• Provide technical sign-off for critical tests and validation results
