Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Project Controls Specialist in Kraków to oversee SAP data tasks for the Global Westinghouse organization. The role focuses on delivering standard data structures and ensuring data quality under SLAs.

The position offers a hybrid work model with two days in the office. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Project Controllers, and partners, maintaining data accuracy and supporting data governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
• 2+ years of global experience.
• Basic knowledge of Westinghouse and the industry.
• Experience building effective working relationships across teams.
• Experience organizing and managing several projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to deadlines.
• Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
• Basic knowledge of SAP PS, MS Office, and other software packages (desired).

Responsibilities

• Maintain data in SAP PS system.
• Process ServiceNow tasks from Project Managers and partners per SLAs and KPIs.
• Review data for quality and standards compliance.
• Participate in data cleanup projects to improve quality and reporting.
• Identify data issues and lead data governance.
• Collaborate with team on ad hoc projects as requested.
• Communicate with Project Managers and team members via email and video calls.
• May work independently with general guidance.

As a Project Controls Specialist, you will oversee the ongoing delivery of SAP tasks for the Global Westinghouse organization. You will focus on the responsibility of delivering standard data structures across the Global organization and analyzes WEC our data with strict adherence to established service level agreements. You will work in hybrid mode with 2 days at the office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data in SAP PS system
• Complete ServiceNow generated tasks from Project Managers and other partners following established team's Service level agreements and Indicators
• Review data entered to ensure data quality meets company standards.
• Participate in data clean up projects to improve data quality and reporting
• Identify data issues and lead data governance
• Partner with the team on ad hoc projects as requested by team leaders.
• Communicate with Project Managers, Project Controllers, other team members by email and video calls.
• May work independently with general guidance

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of global experience
• Basic knowledge of Westinghouse and the industry
• Experience in building effective working relationships across teams and partners.
• Experience organizing, prioritizing, and managing several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality, accurate work while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs, priorities, and organizational objectives.
• Desired but not essential Basic knowledge of SAP PS, MS Office, and other software packages.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 9,250 to 11,600 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
