Job summary

Cosmose AI in Warsaw, Poland seeks a senior programmatic ad monetization expert to lead revenue optimization across Web and Mobile, including header bidding and partner management. You will coordinate with engineering and sales to maximize yield and ensure privacy compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in international ad tech, with hands-on experience in Google Ad Manager, DSPs/SSPs, and in-app ecosystems; fluent Polish and English are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in international ad monetization for publisher/platforms.
• Hands-on with Google Ad Manager and app-focused platforms for revenue optimization.
• Experience with header bidding, mediation, and in-app ecosystems.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA, CMPs, and IAB TCF for web and apps.
• Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize programmatic ad revenue across Web and Mobile environments.
• Oversee header bidding (client/server) and in-app bidding to maximize yield.
• Evaluate, onboard, and negotiate with SSPs, ad exchanges, and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate and troubleshoot mobile ad SDKs.
• Analyze daily performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Use data analytics to improve ad delivery and maximize yield.
• Generate reports on ad performance and revenue insights.
• Work with Sales, Content, and Engineering to resolve ad-related issues and ensure privacy compliance.
