Job summary

WPP Media, part of WPP's Global Operations Centre, is seeking a Senior AdOps Specialist to manage campaign setups, reporting, and cross-regional collaboration from Poland. You will ensure compliance with global policies, oversee day-to-day ad operations, and drive process improvements in a hybrid Poland office environment.

You will interact with regional teams, support CM360 operations, and stay ahead on measurement, viewability and trafficking practices while coordinating with internal business

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (B2+).
• Some managerial skills and/or desire to manage a growing team.
• Good time management and organization.
• 3+ years' experience in a digital media agency or digital ad serving ecosystem (CM360 as main – Flashtalking nice to have).
• Experience with Google Ads, Google DV360, or Facebook Business Manager.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ad serving technologies.
• Detail oriented with strong prioritization.
• Flexible, personable, willing to go the extra mile.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Willing to work in hybrid model from offices in Poland (Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Wrocław).
• Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact effectively within internal PL Team and regional teams.
• Support CM360 campaign launches setups and post-launch verification according to guidelines.
• Join kick-off calls with regional teams to understand specifications and discuss complex executions.
• Support GOC Director with internal processes and tools implementations.
• Stay educated on key developments in digital advertising and update processes accordingly.
• Ensure campaigns comply with global policies and guidelines.
• Produce daily campaign reports with pacing, data inputting and commentary to regional teams; liaison between ad server and internal units.
• Own internal project pipelines and queues for accurate execution of campaigns.
• Lead adherence of operations processes, delegating to junior staff and QAing tasks.
• Become expert in day-to-day quality control and technical communications.
• Support media trafficking needs by scheduling placements and creative assets throughout campaigns.
• Distribute tags, trackers and assets to partners.
• Monitor and report checks across channels and ensure data accuracy for reporting tools.
• Embed additional survey, audience measurement and verification components as needed.
• Support daily QA and troubleshooting of placements and tracking implementations.
• Educate internal/external teams on implementation best practices.
