Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. seeks an IT analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation initiative in Warsaw. The role focuses on analyzing requirements, modeling with UML/BPMN, and delivering data-driven solutions using SQL, Angular, and Java/Kotlin in a microservices environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare IT change specifications, and contribute to testing and validation of new systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT analyst experience in an IT environment.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or User Story Mapping.
• Ability to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
• Experience preparing specifications for IT changes.
• Practical SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
• Angular expertise with at least 5 years of experience.
• Java or Kotlin with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate (≥2 years).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Analyzing business and technical requirements, identifying gaps or inconsistencies, and proposing improvements,

collaborating with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions,

participating in integration and regression testing, validating system functionality, and analyzing data using SQL.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as an Analyst within an IT environment,

knowledge of process and requirements modeling using UML, BPMN, or User Story Mapping,

ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and gather, clarify, and document business requirements,

experience in preparing specifications for changes in IT systems,

practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation,

strong knowledge of Angular (minimum 5 years of experience),

strong knowledge of Java or Kotlin (minimum 5 years of experience),

experience working with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate (minimum 2 years of experience),
