Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. in Poland seeks an Analyst/Developer (Java) to join a collaborative IT team in a hybrid setup: four remote days and one day in the office. The role blends analytical work with hands-on Java/Kotlin development using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

You will shape requirements, document models (BPMN, UML, user stories) and verify system behavior through testing and data validation. Strong SQL, Angular experience, and familiarity with Git and Maven are highly valued.

Qualifications

• English at B1/B2 level for reading documentation and supplier communication.
