Forvia Interiors is seeking a Program Management VIE to be based in its Plant of Gorzow. You will support the program and plant teams in coordinating project activities and preparing successful production launches while tracking milestones and consolidating information.

You will help monitor schedules, costs, risks, and action follow-ups, collaborating with engineering, production, quality, logistics and purchasing to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or Project Management.
• First experience or internship in manufacturing or project coordination would be an advantage.
• Interest in automotive production and cross-functional project management.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English and comfortable collaborating with multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a cross-functional mindset and continuously strive for improvement and optimization.
