Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives focused on business process enablement and stakeholder alignment. You will combine program management expertise with deep finance knowledge and SAP experience to deliver system improvements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury, design and optimize processes, and drive readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in finance transformation or ERP projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance Accounting, AP, AR, Treasury.
• Hands-on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, proactive and adaptable in changing environments.
• Location: Hybrid in Lodz, Poland with 3 days onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance transformation programs.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate finance-related transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on business process enablement and stakeholder alignment. The successful candidate will combine program management expertise with deep functional finance knowledge and SAP experience to ensure successful delivery of business and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex transformation and enablement programs across the finance function.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, finance teams, and project delivery teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise across key finance processes, including:
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Treasury
• Support the design, optimization, and implementation of finance processes and systems.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Contribute to content development, process documentation, training materials, and business readiness activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably within finance transformation, ERP implementation, or business change environments.
• Strong functional understanding of:
• Finance Accounting
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Treasury
• Hands-on experience in Finance Controlling, ideally within a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong business process and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in changing environments.
• Strong team-player mentality and collaborative approach.

Preferred Background

• Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related degree.
• Experience supporting large-scale finance transformation or ERP programs.
• Exposure to global or multinational business environments.
